PRIVACY POLICY

01. MISSION & SCOPE

At Health Can, we respect the privacy of our waitlist supporters and rangers. This policy documents how we collect, handle, and store waitlist details for the late 2026 Kickstarter campaign launch.

02. DATA CAPTURE

We collect information provided directly by you when you join our waitlist:

IDENTIFIERS: Name and Email Address.
COMMUNICATIONS: Phone Number (Optional, for SMS alert dispatch).
REFERRALS: Referral mapping (connecting who shared their link).

03. MOBILE DATA & SMS PRIVACY

If you opt-in to receive Kickstarter text alerts from Health Can, we implement strict carrier-compliant safeguards:

NO MOBILE INFORMATION WILL BE SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES OR AFFILIATES FOR MARKETING OR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES. ALL THE ABOVE CATEGORIES EXCLUDE TEXT MESSAGING ORIGINATOR OPT-IN DATA AND CONSENT; THIS INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SHARED WITH ANY THIRD PARTIES.

Your mobile phone number is solely used to deliver the scheduled one-time Kickstarter notification and check waitlist status. It is never sold, leased, or distributed to outside organizations.

04. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY

Your records are stored securely using Cloud Firestore database security rules. Access is restricted to our core administrators. We only keep waitlist entries to handle the campaign launch and reward validation.

05. DISPATCH CONTROL (YOUR RIGHTS)

You maintain complete authority over your waitlist log:

SMS: Reply with the keyword STOP at any time to instantly revoke consent and opt-out of text dispatches. Reply HELP for support.
